Conference registration fee includes:

Orientation for first-time conference attendees
Confused about the conference agenda? Wondering what Ergo Cup is? Wish you knew what the difference between a Master Track and Roundtable session was? This casual get-together is an opportunity for new attendees to learn more about the conference and meet other first-time attendees. The conference agenda will be reviewed and questions about sessions and activities will be answered. Open to student and non-student attendees. Pre-registration required.

We have provided a simple outline to help you explain to your manager the benefits to you and the company by your attending this conference.
Registration Fees
Save an additonal $100 on the full conference registration fee by staying at the host hotel. Provide a hotel confirmation number when you register for the conference to qualify.
Note: The $100 discount does not apply to student and team discount rates, but participating organizations are eligible for the discounted rate.

Team Discount - Save up to $100 off each registration
- Teams of two to four people can deduct $50 off each conference registration fee.
- Teams of five or more can deduct $100 from each registration fee.
- Registrations must be received together.
- Team members must be from the same company.
- Team discounts do not apply to the special speaker, student and Ergo Cup team member rates.
- Team discounts apply to full conference registrations only. Teams from participating organizations are eligible for the team discount in addition to the special participating organization rate.
Payment information
Conference fees are due in full at registration in U.S. currency. Checks and money orders must be drawn on U.S. banks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Cancellations and Substitutions
- Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (770) 441-3295 or mailed to IIE, 3577 Parkway Lane, Suite 200, Norcross, GA 30092.
- Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event start date are assessed a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received within 30 days of event start date are assessed a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellations received within 10 days of event start date are not subject to a refund of any fees.
- Attendee substitutions may be made from the same company at any time and must be submitted in writing. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions.
ABIH Certification Points
Certification maintenance (CM) points are accrued by CIHs(Certified Industrial Hygienists)/CAIHs (Certified Associate Industrial Hygienists) who are certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH). ABIH requires CIHs/CAIHs to maintain verification of the courses and conference that they attended. CIHs will accrue .5 CM points per pre-conference workshop, 2.0 conference CM points for the conference or .5 points per .5 day, 1.0 industrial hygiene CM Points.
Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) COC Points
BCSP offers continuance of certification points (COC). Individuals attending the conference are eligible to receive one point for attending two or more conference days, or one-half point for less than two days. In order to obtain COC points, individuals must submit a conference program, schedule and proof of attendance to BCSP during their recertification cycle.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Upon request, IIE will award continuing education units (CEUs) to participants who attend the educational conference and complete the CEU request form.
Professional Development Hours (PDHs) are also available. Ask at the conference desk about conversion.
Each half-day conference workshop is worth .4 CEUs and full conference attendance is worth 1.6 CEUs. To receive CEUs for attending, complete the CEU request form available at the conference registration desk and return to IIE.
American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) CEUs
Conference attendees interested in obtaining CEU credits must submit a schedule complete with educational sessions attended to your local APTA chapter.
American Occupational Therapists Association (AOTA) CEUs
Occupational therapists attending the conference interested in applying for continuing education credits should verify course approval with their state occupational therapy regulatory board prior to the conference.
Special Assistance
If you are in need of special assistance, please check the appropriate box on the order form. Attach a separate list of your needs with your registration form and inform the conference administrator of your needs prior to the conference.
